When placing an order for custom car decals, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including the Vehicle Identification Number (**VIN**), model year, exact model, and color code. This information is crucial for the proper manufacturing and customization of your decals.

Once an order is confirmed, production begins. Due to the custom nature of our products, **cancellations or modifications may not be possible after production starts**. Please review your order carefully before submission.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed on the Site and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments must be completed through our secure payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, or other trusted providers). We do not store your payment card information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders using trusted delivery services (e.g., Nova Poshta, FedEx, DHL). Delivery times may vary depending on location and logistics provider. While we provide estimated delivery times, these are **not guaranteed**. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for providing **accurate shipping information**. We are not liable for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the **custom nature of our decals**, we generally **do not accept returns or issue refunds** unless the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match the specifications provided in your order.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect decal, contact us **within 7 days of delivery** with photographic evidence. We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.
